We came home from our Thanksgiving travels and had little to choose from in our fridge to eat. My husband came up with these and they were delicious! We ate them for lunch, but I’m not sure if they were more of a meal or better for dessert.
Peanut Butter Banana Rollups
Ingredients
- 2 Whole Wheat Tortillas
- Peanut Butter
- 1 banana
- Honey
- Cinnamon
Instructions
- Spread some peanut butter on both tortillas.
- Cut a banana in half and 1 half on each tortilla.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Lightly grill/warm on a griddle or pan on the stove.
- Ready to eat!
